STEVEN STARR
Chief Executive Officer
Steven has more than 35 years of experience in the media business. Starting out as a concert promoter for Bob Marley & The Wailers, Steven then joined the William Morris Agency mailroom, rising to lead the agency into new media and then head up the NY Motion Picture Department, supervising the casting, literary, and packaging divisions and representing clients such as Andy Grove, Ang Lee, Ben Stiller, Larry David and Andy Warhol, among others. As a digital media pioneer, Steven co-founded and served as CEO or Chair for online media innovators such as AntEye, Intel-backed Uprizer, and the award-winning creator platform Revver. His producer/writer/director credits include FLOW (2008 Sundance Grand Jury Documentary Prize-nominee), The Garden (2009 Academy Award-nominee) and co-creator/producer of The State (Ace Award-nominee) for both MTV and CBS. Steven received his BA in film from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has served on multiple boards including Teachers Without Borders, the Creative Coalition and the San Francisco Film Festival.
ROBERT BLATT
Chief Operating Officer
Robert brings more than 25 years of experience in building successful software companies. Prior to joining CitizenGlobal, he served as SVP, Product and Services at Ascent Media Group, spearheading Ascent's digital services initiatives including the world's highest throughput digital media supply chain and the first online global media exchange. Prior to Ascent, Blatt was VP/GM at AOL Software, responsible for all major functions – strategy, product management and marketing, engineering, quality assurance and operations – for AOL's Personal Media business. Previous executive positions included Accruent Software, Outcome Software, and Aspect Telecommunications. One of the first 15 employees at Aspect, Robert helped lead Aspect's growth from startup to public company with revenues in excess of $500 million and a global employee team of over 2,500 people.
JEFF GOLDSTEIN
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff brings over 20 years of digital and technology business experience, previously serving as both Chief Digital Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Modern Luxury Media, overseeing their digital media businesses and online properties. Jeff has held investment leadership roles at large and mid-sized digital media and consumer internet firms including Catalytic Capital and Experian Interactive, leading over $2 billion in digital media investment including PriceGrabber.com. He also managed the West Coast mergers, acquisitions, and strategy practice for IAC/InterActive. Jeff received his J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received his MBA from INSEAD.
NICK NAMIKAS
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Nick has spent his career at the convergence of media and technology, focusing on the development of traditional media production tools in online platform environments. He has developed innovative media management, transcribing tools and editing platforms to streamline the pre-production, production, and post-production of non-fiction series for media companies like National Geographic and the Discovery Channel. Serving as the vision behind the product, Nick has pioneered the development of the CG platform, enabling the world's largest media companies to co-create with their audience, scale their production process and meet emerging global, social media trends. As Chief Technology Officer, Nick leads the product and development teams in their continued innovation and advancement of the CG platform.
WARD Cunningham
Chief Architect, Co-Creation
With 40 years of experience in the technology field, Ward is globally recognized as the creator, architect, and developer of the Wiki, leading to a plethora of wiki based sites and applications. He has served as CTO of AboutUs, a Director of the Eclipse Foundation, an Architect in Microsoft's Patterns and Practices Group, Director of R&D at Wyatt Software and as Principle Engineer in the Tektronix Computer Research Laboratory. Ward is well known for his contributions to the developing practice of object-oriented programming, and the communities supported by his WikiWikiWeb. He is a founder of the Hillside Group and there created the Pattern Languages for Programs Conferences which continues to be held all over the world.

GEORGE CROWLEY
During the past 29 years, Mr. Crowley has formed more than 30 startup companies in the US, Europe and Latin America in wireless telecom, technology and infrastructure. In connection with such ventures, Mr Crowley arranged over $4.5 billion in financing with partners such as AT+T Wireless, the Blackstone Group and Lucent Technologies. Mr. Crowley currently serves on the Board of Regents of Georgetown University and chairs the Nominating Committee of the Board of the National Symphony Orchestra.
STEVE SHINDLER
Mr. Shindler is chairman of NII Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of communications for business customers in Latin America. Prior to joining Nextel Communications, he served as managing director of communications finance at the Toronto Dominion Bank, one of the largest suppliers of capital to the wireless community.
ROB DUGGER
Mr. Dugger is a Managing Director of Tudor Investment Corporation, an asset management company active in currency, bond, equity and commodity markets worldwide. Mr. Dugger was previously Director for Policy and Chief Economist at the American Bankers Association, where he led a panel of nationally recognized bank officers in developing a plan to deal with the US savings and loan crisis.
WAYNE PERRY
Mr. Perry is the former COO, McCaw Cellular; Former Vice-Chair, AT&T Wireless; Board Director, Wireless National Board; Mr. Perry is the current International Commissioner of the Boy Scouts of America and a member of the World Scout Committee. He is also a minority owner of the Seattle Mariners.
JAKE EBERTS
Mr. Eberts is a movie producer, executive and financier. Known for risktaking and producing consistently high caliber films, including such award-winning titles as Chariots of Fire (1981), Gandhi (1982), Driving Miss Daisy (1989) Dances with Wolves (1990), and March Of The Penguins (2005).
STEVE ARNOLD
Mr. Arnold is a co-founder of Polaris Ventures. Prior to starting Polaris, Mr. Arnold served as a special advisor to Burr, Egan, Deleage & Co. following more than 10 years in executive positions in the software industry, including Microsoft, Continuum (now Corbis) and Lucas Arts.
